With last year’s event being hailed as a rousing success by all participants, the FBA RISE Committee is happy to present a second installment of “Speed Judging;’ an event which allows younger Federal Bar Association members (seven years of practice or less) an opportunity to personally meet and mingle with multiple judicial officers in a concise time period.
