The FBA and the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation are co-sponsoring a luncheon featuring ABF Research Professor Sharri Diamond, national jury expert and recipient of the 2010 Harry J. Kalven, Jr. Prize, awarded by the Law and Society Association. Professor Diamond will present her research based on the videotaped deliberations of fifth juries in civil cases, including juries’ understanding of jury instructions and applications of the law.
