THE PURPOSE
The FBA RISE Committee is happy to present the third installment of “Speed Judging”, an event which allows newer Federal Bar Association members (seven years of practice or less) an opportunity to personally meet and mingle with multiple judicial officers in a concise time period. Lunch will be provided.
THE CONCEPT
Each judicial officer will be seated at a separate table. At the commencement of the event, a group of two attorneys (participants may designate a preferred pairing in advance) will sit at each table and have a brief interaction (no more than 10 minutes) with that specific judicial officer. This process will continue until all attorneys have had a chance to meet with a number of judicial officers. To ensure the event does not run longer than 90 minutes, a limited number of spots will be offered to participating attorneys on a first-come, first-served basis.
$20 for FBA Members, $30 for non-FBA members
Price includes lunch.
