Motion: I move to accept as proposed and recommended by the chapter’s Past Presidents at the May 25th Past Presidents’ Luncheon the 2021-2022 Chapter Officer Slate and Executive Board with term ending June of 2024 – APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY
- Chapter bylaws
In 2018, the chapters bylaws underwent a much-needed revision. This revision furthers that effort to keep our bylaws consistent with best practices and reflect how our chapter operates most-effectively. Both the 2018 and proposed 2021 revisions to the bylaws can be found on the documents page of our website:
motion: I propose to ratify the 2021 amendment to the chapters bylaws as posted and noticed on the chapters website May 15th, 2021 and sent in May 17th, May 31st and June 15th 2021 eBlasts – APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY
