Labor and Employment

The Labor and Employment Committee is comprised of plaintiffs and defendants counsel, union and management representatives, and private sector and government attorneys, and is concerned with law and practice in the areas of union and management relations, employee rights in unionized and non-unionized settings, employment discrimination, employee benefits and benefit funds, wage and hour regulations, and other federally regulated areas.
