Criminal Law (Litigation Section)

The Criminal Practice Committee represents the interests of all persons who practice in the area of federal criminal law, including prosecuting attorneys, defense attorneys and practitioners of all levels of experience.

Committee events in the past have included seminars and brown bag lunches in which practitioners discuss various aspects of criminal practice among themselves and with members of the Bench.
