SUMMARY:2021 Taste of Diversity Event
DESCRIPTION:One of the goals of our chapter of the Federal Bar Association is to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.  To this end we are very proud to partner with the Oakland County Bar Association as they host the 2021 Taste of Diversity event. \nThis important event will be held on Thursday\, October 21\, 2021\, at the Great Lakes Culinary Center in Southfield with a cocktail reception and strolling dinner beginning at 5:30 p.m. \nA highlight of The Taste of Diversity is the presentation of the Leon Hubbard Community Service Award and the Michael K. Lee Memorial Award Recognizing Diversity.  Michael K. Lee was a former president of our bar association and so this award\, and this event\, are especially meaningful to us all.  We encourage you to widely disseminate the information regarding this event and also to submit nominations for this very prestigious award. \n
