DESCRIPTION:\n\nBack by popular demand\, the FBA Civil Rights Pleading Roadshow will make its next stop at the Ann Arbor Federal Courthouse on Thursday\, September 27th from 12-1:30.  The Honorable Judith E. Levy (U.S.D.C) and Professor Samuel Bagenstos (Michigan Law) will be our distinguished panelists\, and Adam Wenner (Honigman) will serve as the event moderator.  Judge Levy and Professor Bagenstos will present an interactive session for practitioners of all experience levels and both sides of the “v.” on what it takes to survive or prevail on a motion to dismiss under the federal pleading standards established in Ashcroft v. Iqbal (2009) andBell Atlantic Corp. v. Twombly (2007).
