FBA Book Club Presents for Discussion:
The FBA Book Club will next meet at noon on May 26th in Room 722 of the Levin Courthouse for a discussion of “Blindfolds Off: Judges on How They Decide,” by Joel Cohen.
Blindfolds Off takes a fascinating look at what judges bring to their cases and how they decide them. In 13 interviews with federal judges about significant and controversial cases that came before them, New York criminal defense attorney Joel Cohen explores the role of the judiciary in an engaging manner. The book is available for purchase at all bookstores, Amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com. All points of view will be welcomed and respected at the Book Club session. Cost: No charge for FBA members; $5.00 non-members. Lunch will be offered for $10 or bring your own.
